We worked alongside Fulfillable for them to pick, pack and ship our products so we didn't have to worry about this aspect of our business.

Clear and easy communication. Clear pricing across their website. Very easy and quick onboarding process.

We had an initial online chat conversation where I filled out my basic details, I then received a call to go through everything and any other questions I had. I was then sent a quote and further information. It was then simple to start the onboarding process and send in my first shipment

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team was so quick to respond at all times and always happy to help with any questions I had. Everyone was super professional but also made it feel very personal which was a great factor in choosing Fulfillable.

Support team answered the phone very promptly and also had an online chat feature which was super easy to use. # Account Manager was very quick to respond to emails and also set up an online call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to create a very personal approach whilst remaining extremely professional. Everything seemed very easy to do, no question was too much, and everyone was happy to help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything so far has been plain-sailing.

I'm the Director of Herbex Ltd. We focus on the CBD health market within the UK, however we sell our products across Europe. At this time my role is to manage deals with our suppliers and oversee marketing.

When i started Herbex we had no issues dispatching our orders in-house - however upon scaling we started to have difficulty managing the volume. At this point we reached out to multiple fulfilment centres based within the UK to to take this role off us so we could focus on the growth of our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our goals were simple - we needed a company who was easy to deal with, understanding and most importantly easy to get hold of. There only requirement for us was to eventually to get our products barcoded - but this wasn't an issue for our overseas supplier.

They have an easy to use dashboard where i can notify them of stock deliveries, manage and view statuses of orders. Not to mention the "reports" which can help me manage in what items to restock.

Upon discussing my requirement with there sales team, and having looked at other fulfilment companies i decided Fulfillable was the one for me. Within 24 hours i had been passed on to my account manager who was able to connect my woocommerce store to there inventory system - whilst also giving me a run through of there dashboard.

Upon enquiring i was dealing with there sales team who gave me a background of there company and pricing - after which i was then assigned a account manager who got me started on there system.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After switching to Fulfillable we found it easier to manage other aspects of our business. The issues we had prior to outsourcing our fulfilment revolved around lack of time with main points being product research and re-stocking.

What I like about Fulfillable is that any queries are only a phone call away. In which you will be connected directly to your account manager. Upon looking at other fulfilment centres i could see that many of them use ticketing systems - while still effective i feel more comfortable having issues rectified sooner rather than later.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having spoken to there sales team and my account manager, i understand that they also manage there own e-commerce sites. For me this will give them as a company an understanding of consumers needs - as at the end of the day the customer's are what make my business succesful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On my site, some of my items are sold as bundles which at first was causing an issue syncing up to there system. With a call to my account manager this issue was fixed and found to be caused by a bundle error on my side - no fault of there own!
