I’m the founder and CEO of Llama Lead Gen, a B2B growth marketing agency built around client strategy, paid media, and marketing operations support for growth-stage companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fuentes Zapata LLC?

We hired Fuentes Zapata LLC to support our internal team across a mix of HubSpot and paid media needs. On the HubSpot side, the goal was to build out reporting dashboards that combined SEO and paid ads performance in one place, giving us a cleaner, more centralized view than what we had before. On the paid media side, we needed help launching and managing full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across several client accounts, along with support on paid social platforms like X. The overall objective was to bring in someone with deep platform expertise who could execute independently and help us scale our capacity without sacrificing quality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jorge (Founder) works with our team as a contractor supporting paid media, marketing operations, and HubSpot work across a range of accounts. His main areas of work include LinkedIn and paid social campaign management, building and launching full-funnel campaigns covering top, middle, and bottom of funnel, which involves campaign setup and launch, lead generation form creation and optimization, media plans, ongoing pacing reviews, and performance reporting. He also leads HubSpot implementation and dashboard work, building out reporting dashboards that combine SEO and paid ads performance into a single, centralized view, including account audits and full handoff to our team. In addition, he supports paid social platform onboarding and setup and contributes directly to client strategy deck development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Jorge over an extended period has given us a clear, practical measure of success. Every campaign he builds launches on schedule and runs through to completion without issues, and the HubSpot reporting dashboard he builds moves cleanly from audit through review on time. Beyond individual deliverables, the clearest signal of success has been the relationship itself. We've continuously retained him as a contractor since mid-2024, and rather than winding down, the engagement has expanded over time to include new accounts and new types of work, from paid social campaign execution to HubSpot implementation. That kind of sustained trust, across multiple accounts and nearly two years, speaks directly to the reliability and quality of his work.While I don't have exact percentage figures on hand, the impact was clear in reporting efficiency and campaign reliability. Before the HubSpot dashboard work, SEO and paid performance data lived in separate places, requiring manual pulling and reconciling. Having both in a single, centralized dashboard significantly cut down the time our team spent compiling reports and gave us a much clearer, faster read on performance across channels. On the campaign side, the consistency of on-time, fully executed LinkedIn funnel launches across multiple accounts meant fewer delays and less rework for our team, which translated directly into more efficient use of our internal bandwidth.Before the dashboard consolidation, our team had to manually pull and reconcile SEO and paid performance data from separate sources for every reporting cycle. With everything centralized in one HubSpot dashboard, that manual pulling and cross-referencing was largely eliminated, freeing up meaningful time each reporting cycle that our team could put toward analysis and strategy instead of data assembly.With SEO and paid performance sitting in one centralized dashboard instead of scattered across separate tools, our team could spot trends much faster and react in real time rather than waiting for a manual reporting cycle to catch something. That shift meant we could make strategic and campaign decisions based on current data rather than looking backward at a stale report, which made our overall approach more responsive and proactive.

How did Fuentes Zapata LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Jorge's project management is excellent throughout. He consistently delivers on time, keeps us updated on progress without needing to be prompted, and is upfront early if a timeline needs adjusting rather than letting a deadline slip quietly. Every campaign and dashboard build moves through the process smoothly, from access requests to build to handoff, with clear communication at each step. He's the kind of contractor you don't have to manage closely because he manages himself well, which makes him easy to plug into multiple accounts at once without adding overhead to our team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most is the rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on technical skill. A lot of contractors are strong in one area or the other, but Jorge operates at a high level in both. He can think through the bigger picture of a campaign or a reporting structure, and then actually build it himself with real platform expertise, whether that's HubSpot, LinkedIn, or paid search. On top of that, he genuinely cares about getting the work right, not just checking a box, and that shows in how thorough and thoughtful his output consistently is. That combination of strategy, execution, and care is what makes him easy to keep bringing back onto new accounts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there's very little I can point to. If anything, in the earliest stages of the engagement, it took a bit of upfront alignment to nail down exact reporting templates and preferences, which is pretty typical when kicking off any new working relationship. Once that initial setup was dialed in, everything from there ran smoothly. It's a minor note more than a real critique.
