Please describe your company and your position there.

I own the SEO services agency SEOGrowth, where I am responsible for all the strategic and managerial decisions around executing projects, allocating resources, and client servicing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fueller Content?

The agency is at a stage where they are diversifying into varios aspects of branding and promotions, which may be a phase of transition for them to divert from what they are offering already. I hope this doesnt affect their preliminary set of services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The samples they provided were of high quality and met our perspective just right.

The engagement was for SEO articles for technical blogs. It required writing for WordPress plugins and themes at large and involved writing it to help gain ranking in Google search results.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two of them primarily. One who was there to assist us and guide us through the process and would do the most communication with us. Another was an experience tech writer who would roll out the deliverables.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work on WordPress blogs I would say was thorough and flawless. Their turnaround met our tight deadlines, and there was not an instance of a communication gap.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Once the project was onboarded and received by the business team we were assigned a project SPOC and all the communication was streamlined through PM tools and emails they used WhatsApp to make it easy to connect and collaborate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The knowledge of their craft. Their job address. And the great rapport that they establish with the clients going beyond the typical service standards in the domain.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was totally smooth and sleek throughout the course of deployment and action.
