Are there any areas for improvement or something Frontlevels could have done differently?

If we had to mention one area, it would be around documentation — at times, more detailed notes or guidelines for internal use (especially post-launch) would have been helpful for onboarding our team quickly. That said, whenever we had questions, they were always available and ready to clarify or assist. It’s a minor point in an otherwise flawless collaboration.

• I wanted to develop the first version of the mobile application including the whole process with wireframes, design, development, and testing in order for us to launch this first version to the market for testing. One of the goals was the that solution has to be very simple without many features. Just the most basic features so the users would find it easy and fun to use.

The scoop was to deliver the project from idea to finished solution. I provided them with wireframes that I had already created se I had the whole concept very clear before briefing Frontlevels. Then they created their own wireframes, design and development, and did launch the app to both Google Playstore and Apple Store.

We just launched the app so we are waiting for the result.

I very much liked their project management style. They were good in communicating and we used Skype, Teams, and Email.

They listens to you and pushes things so that features and technology will work. Comes with good advices on UI and UX, and are great in guiding you when they launch the app to the app stores.

Frontlevels created an option on my online store where I could accept additional add-on options (customizaiton options) to my primary product listing. In doing this, they set up where I could charge a fee for these options. They then inputed conditional formating where I could recieve custom information for personalizaiton of my product listing if a add-on option  (cusotmization option) was selected . They also edited my packing slip in a way that made it more clear and organized.

The project they completed now allows me to accept custom information from customers which in turn will help my store generate more revenue and provide a better experience for my customers.

In addition to the development work, the scope encompasses evaluating tasks, providing recommendations for implementation, setting up APIs, and handling tasks such as migration and assaying of goods. 

Key deliverables would include a fully functional and optimized Shopweaver 6 website, along with documentation of the evaluation process, implementation recommendations, and successful API integration.
