We are an American owned law firm based in Kyiv since 1991, one of the oldest corporate law practices in Ukraine with a long list of clients and reference letters.
Frishberg & Partners was established in 1991, when Alex Frishberg moved to Kyiv from Washington, D.C., where he worked as an associate at Hogan & Hartson (now, Hogan Lovells). Scott Brown moved from New York State to Kyiv and joined the firm as an intern while studying at Shevchenko University. He became a full-time associate after graduating from Capital University Law School (Columbus, OH) in 1998 and has moved up to partner status.
Since then, Frishberg & Partners has focused exclusively on Ukraine, allowing us to provide top quality legal services to foreign companies, embassies and individuals.
