Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the director of Quote.com, a lead generation site for insurance providers. Customers go to our various sites and portfolios to request quotes, and we send such requests to insurance providers. The providers then compensate us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fringe uses our experts and their bios to see what interviews they can conduct. They write up interviews where an expert can give a quote or answer something that can be used in a feature article or a PR-type article. Once the press release is published, their network of websites picks up the article. This way, they help get us several backlinks per month.

I work with a project manager and a person who does the outreach.

How did Fringe Marketing LLC. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent. As far as vendors and agencies go, they’re the best in terms of communication. They give us weekly or biweekly reports and update our sheets frequently. We communicate via email and have a collaborative Google Spreadsheet where they update our links.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fringe care a lot about their clients and their work. They have a great network of websites where they put our links. These are big names that cover the topics we have. If there’s a problem, they’re quick to address it. On top of that, they’re extremely communicative and professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They must keep working on making their prices affordable and adding sites to their network.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about the pages that you want to add links to and the keywords you want to improve. The more experts you have that Fringe can feature and quote in their articles, the more you can do.
