What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were really impressed by how much our supplier got to grips with our company's work and the quality consulting they provided on what an ideal employee should be. We were really happy with the onboarding system we were provided with.
The candidates were selected with our expectations of how they should fit into the team, and we were really pleased with the result. 
We gained a deeper insight into the best ways to plan hiring and onboarding. We welcomed an employee who has proven to be a valuable addition to our team.
