Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of VW Central an Australian automotive e-commerce store. We sell genuine and aftermarket parts direct to retail customers.

We hired SocialStatista for Facebook Marketing Strategy

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were to increase traffic to our Magento website and ultimately improve our sales.

How did you select SocialStatista?

I had a conversation before selecting them and they seemed to really understand my needs and requirements.

They worked with us to develop with our in house graphic design team ad campaigns that would be eye catching and create a lot of hype around our best selling products.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of our web developers, our in house graphic designers and SocialStatista to run campaigns for us and constantly changing campaigns when it would become saturated.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning with SocialStatista we’ve been able to increase our market budget x4 and our ROAS has significantly improved. They have become a pinnacle of our success and strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team would constantly keep in contact with us ensuring that we were happy and asking us whether we can increase budgets were necessary or cut back on non performing campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their attention to detail and passion for our success.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t fault SocialStatista and would really recommend them to anyone finding it hard to scale online. Very professional.
