For what projects/services did your company hire Francis Mariela Communications, and what were your goals?

We hired Francis for video production services, script copy, editing, and voice over services. She was an all in one stop. Her team was punctual, professional and realistic with setting deadlines.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I liked how knowledgeable she was of all topics discussed. Most projects were done in house and when setting deadlines they didn't promise unrealistic turn around times.

Before meeting for production we thoroughly discussed what type of look and feel we wanted. This minimized the amount of days to shoot footage.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Francis M. and my experience was great. She communicates well and keeps detailed notes. If I drifted off in conversation she would bring us back to topic at hand.

Project was a success. It conveyed exactly what I needed.

Francis worked with me through phone calls and emails. There was constant communication. There was no miscommunication as she would ensure that her and her team understood the task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience with production and their PR expertise were impressive.

None.
