I am one of the founders of 101 Cosmetics Milan. The company manufactures in Italy face creams for women.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fox Designs Studio?

We wanted to have an online presence that we could use to start doing online marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first had an introductory meeting with Fox Designs Studio and a few of their associates where we laid out some of our thoughts for the website. The team then sent us back some of their ideas and layouts, and after some back and forth, we finally commissioned them to make the site. They gave us many options to choose from so the website could be suited to our likes and needs. 

Besides the website development and design project, the staff handles our digital marketing campaigns, SEO and PPC.

My main point of contact was Fox Designs Studio’s team. We worked in conjunction with other people that they recommended. 

How did you come to work with Fox Designs Studio?

I had a terrible experience with a previous vendor, so we looked for someone else to do the job. We decided to go with Fox Designs Studio because we liked their approach. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement for the website project lasted from January–March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Both our team and the users who saw the site were extremely happy with the results. We were overall very pleased with the site’s user-friendliness and design. The website has been live for only a short time, but the metrics have been going pretty well — we’ve been getting the traffic that we’d like to have at this point. 

How did Fox Designs Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Fox Designs Studio cooperated a lot and did a very good job on project management. They constantly followed up, and we didn’t have to wonder what they were doing or how the project was going to be done. We communicated mostly through emails, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. 

Initially, they told us how long the processes were going to take, and they complied with their timelines 100% of the time. The team laid a roadmap and followed it most of the time, except for some minor changes, which they accepted without any problems. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fox Designs Studio’s work was fabulous. The team was very helpful and listened to everything we had to say. They always pursued us to explain everything clearly when they had any questions about the project. The staff never questioned our changes and just went down to work when something didn´t look right for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t find anything they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Think carefully about what you want and be upfront. You can’t go halfway through the project and then decide you don’t like it and try to change it entirely.
