Four Point Digital designed a new logo and branding to help a towel council launch a commercial initiative. They took the client's ideas, made adjustments, and delivered the logo.

Equipped with a keen eye for design, Four Point Digital's produced a well-designed, modern logo that received positive feedback from the client. A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the receptionist at Ryde Town Council, a local parish and town council.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Four Point Digital?

We wanted to rebrand and redesign our logo.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Four Point Digital created a new logo for us. We planned on setting up a commercial aspect for our business, so we approached the team with some of our ideas for logo rebranding and redesign. They then created the design with our ideas in mind, tweaking it as they see fit. The design team already delivered the logo, but we go to them whenever we need different versions and sizes.

What is the team composition?

We worked with John (Director).

How did you come to work with Four Point Digital?

We found Four Point Digital online, and we chose them partly because they were local. The team did some work for us last year, and we were happy with their services, so we got in touch with them to talk about this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched it yet, but we’re planning on using the logo for our charts and so on. However, we were delighted with Four Point Digital’s work. They took our general idea, put their twist on it, and shaped it into the final design. The logo was modern and relevant — the team surpassed our expectations, and we were really pleased. They knew the kind of combinations that could make the design alive.

How did Four Point Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project well. Four Point Digital understood our vision just by talking to us online about it, which is good. We spoke via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, and email. The team was really prompt with their responses.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team really helped shape the final design and offered their expert opinion. For example, we chose a particular font, and they said it was a bit dated and offered a different font.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could’ve done better. We were happy with Four Point Digital’s services.
