After deep understanding of our target audience and our business objectives to support our luxury product and reinforce its exclusivity. Reinforce the brand's premium image and turning our carefully crafted product. Launch a luxury marketing social media campaign to promote the exclusivity and unique value proposition that sets our product apart.

Despite our detailed briefs, explanations, and a full day visit on the grounds, they consistently missed the mark. It felt like they were operating in a completely different industry. There was a fundamental disconnect that couldn't be bridged. We reached a point where it was clear that either they understood our business segment, or they never would. Unfortunately, it was the latter. We had to terminate our contract to avoid further wasted time and resources

We hired FOUNDEAST expecting a team with specialized skills, but instead, we found a 'everyone does everything' approach

Are there any areas for improvement or something Foundeast could have done differently?

While teamwork is important, this agency lacked clear departmental structure and individual expertise. Everyone seemed to be a generalist, resulting in a shallow campaign strategy and a clear underestimation of the project's scope. This lack of specialization led to a diluted approach, with no one truly excelling in any particular area. We experienced a general lack of strategic depth, and inconsistent quality. If you need an agency with clearly defined roles and specialized expertise, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This 'jack of all trades, master of none' approach ultimately cost us time and resources.
