1. Time taken to invoice customers went from a few (~4) hours per customer to a few minutes (~10) 
2. % of time spent by on-roll analyst on repetitive data cleanup and formatting on Excel went from 80+% to <10% - leaving time for insight generation critical to a fast-growing startup

Delivery was largely on time. Extremely collaborative and professional in their approach - handled a few business-critical re-prioritizations for us while ensuring that our expectations were set correctly

They had a collaborative approach, which is critical for any company, small or large.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fornax could have done differently?

Empower junior team members to escalate client-internal bottlenecks without waiting for update meetings, or escalate internally for someone senior within Fornax to escalate to the client :) Having said that, their collaborative approach ensured that the impact of such instances was always minimal! An important call-out to clarify context - we were working without a program manager at our end
