Forma at Motus Corporation is a digital project delivery partner supporting architecture, engineering, construction, development, and specialty project teams across Canada and the United States.

We help clients extend their project delivery capacity through BIM/VDC production, model coordination, drawing and technical documentation production, existing-conditions modeling, Scan-to-BIM support, supplier-side documentation, and architectural visualization.

Our role is typically to work as an extension of the client’s internal team - supporting project execution, coordination, documentation, and visual communication without requiring the client to expand permanent in-house production capacity.

We focus on structured, updateable workflows that maintain consistency between models, drawings, technical information, and presentation deliverables. This approach allows project information to remain usable across multiple stages rather than being recreated for each individual output.

Our visualization capabilities include high-quality architectural rendering, real-product material development, real-time presentation, and motion visualization, integrated with broader BIM/VDC and digital project delivery workflows.

Forma at Motus Corporation provides BIM/VDC, production, coordination, documentation, and visualization support. We do not act as the architect or engineer of record, and professional design approval, permitting responsibility, and stamped documents remain with the appropriate licensed professionals where required.
