Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President/Owner of Shelly Ann Productions. We produce books, Podcasts, hosting workshops and public presentions and working on producing our first movie.

For what projects/services did your company hire Forges Media, and what were your goals?

Forges Media films and produces all podcasts. They manage all public relations and website design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When I met Paul and Faye Forges, I immediately knew they were the right fit. They are open, honest and very relatable. They were professional from the first meeting. I knew they would be the best team to work with our subject line.

Forges Media was involved from planning, strategic ideas, filming, sound, editing. they were instrumental in creating a safe enviroment during filming. We filmed 3-1 hour podcasts in total.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with both Paul and Faye Forges. We had several meetings and discussions about changes and ideas. They were readily available and were always quick to respond. They had many ideas.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was provided an opportunity through Telus StoryHive to create these three podcasts. They have accepted them and are very pleased with the work. Since then, we have been awarded another opportunity for another podcast.

Forges Media was very hands on through the entire process. All timelines, although very tight, we met with the greatest of ease. They are straigh shooters and deliver all promises. We communicated through telephone, facebook messaging and emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This husband and wife team are amazing to work with. They were willing to take risks and shoot at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I am excited to say that we will continue our working relationship in many other ways.

Hired Forges Media for Music Videos for Artist Kym S. For the promotion of new singles.

Recommended by another industry professional.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Filming at a new location, have to make up the scenes. Working together on the story lines. One of the singles was done all remotely and then edited together.

Paul & Faye are fabulous to work with. They make you feel comfortable. Take all of your critiques to the make the projects exactly the way you want them. Patient and knowledgable. Really enjoyed working with them.

Helped immensely in the promotion of Kym S Music.

Very good at communication by e-mail, phone calls, zoom calls. Managed the projects well and were always on time.

They always were willing to think outside the box and try new things to make it right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did the best they could with all of the covid restrictions. Couldn't be happier with their service.
