Our own back office runs this way. Forge OS reads our real QuickBooks books every morning and writes a plain-English briefing of what's overdue and what needs attention. For ROI Metal Buildings we built a private dashboard that gives each of seven salespeople their own projects, delivery dates and commissions, read straight from the spreadsheet the business already runs on.

- Private workshop: $500 (90 minutes, up to 5 people)
- One-workflow install: from $2,000, fixed price
- Workflow projects: $3,500 to $7,500 per written scope
- Paid diagnostic: $750 when the scope isn't clear yet

Our Story
The Forge Agency is a two-person shop in Castle Rock, Colorado, run by Andrew and Lisa Brough. We started in 2025 to get the busywork out of our own week. It worked, so local owners asked for the same. Most small businesses don't need another app. They need the tools they already pay for set up properly, written down, and taught to their team. That's the whole job. We're Castle Rock Chamber members, and we'd rather earn a referral than sell a contract.
