We are currently starting up a business related to Marketing Content and Digital Marketing. I'm currently in charge to develop an strategy about how to get more clients, and make our business more profitable

My team has experience in creating videos and photography but not in developing a website, so a friend of ours recommended Forderline to create our website

We were looking for a web designer, and the vendor showed professionalism and capabilities

We explained the concept of our business, the vendor created 3 ideas for our website, we chose one theme and sent to him pictures and videos that we wanted to be displayed on the website. He gave some recommendations that were good for us. At the end he presented to us a website ideal for our customers

We worked in total 3 persons, me, the guy in charge of photography and video and the vendor

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's really soon to notice the impact of our new website, but we have gained 2 more customer this week due to they checked our website and seemed good for them

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had constantly communication with the vendor. Sometimes me or one of my co-workers came up with a new idea and we shared it to the vendor to check his opinion

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is not common to see professionalism and dedication of agencies dedicated to develop websites. We were impressed with how fast the website was done and how well it was developed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No comment in this section. I will hire again their services

We hire forderline as our logistic extension to move our manufactur at the best price, they have been helping us with the custom clearance and market research to look for my company success.

We compare price, service, availability , with many providers, and we discover forderline as the best option.

We were looking for a partner who's got the expertise and knowledge to move goods from Mexico to USA, including the custom clearance, and make the delivery without problems.

What was the team composition?

We have been working closely with the team members, and manager , thy are really kindly people, available 24 hours.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achive all of our deliveries at USA not matters which type of products we are working on, they focused on the market research and let us know if the product is accepted by USA and how much we will pay.

One of the phrases they use is " We exist to help your customers" so if we have some doubts about anything, they're always in the best mood to explain to us how to do it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work culture, always with a hand to help.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

We all know about the lack of drivers so maybe work on that.

Forderline was doing the shipping and border crossing from Mexico to the US. We wanted a reliable company that would handle A to Z of the logistic part of our projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Referral. We met serious hard working team that was very detailed oriented.

We gave them the location of the factory , number of pallets , all info on the products. They picked it up on time, and updated us during the 7 days it took to deliver to our clients' 3PL warehouse.

They were very punctual and the whole process was stress free.

The beginning was by phone, majority was by emails

Knowing how they made logistics look so easy was amazing!
