The company was building inhouse R&D team and was looking for multiple developers and QA who would work across the entire application of the SaaS product. OpusCapita needed really talented IT professionals whose knowledge they impressed at the very first stages of the recruitment process (technical interview).

All positions were fulfilled within assigned timeline: - team of software developers (java, fullstack, devops) - QA software team - technical writter

Fomo were engaged to identify and provide highly specialised engineering talent for a number of projects that we won. In particular - Mobile engineers and Graphics engineers. Fomo were asked to deliver high numbers of candidates within challenging timescales.

Fomo were engaged on some very specific requirements across both the Polish and UK market. They were identified given their experience of these markets and the strong connections they have to access talent. They were able to successfully provide a large number of relevant profiles that allowed us to scale large teams quickly, satisfying our customers needs.
