Focused Staffing Group is a premium, mission-driven staffing partner serving two sectors through its divisions: FocusedEDU (K-12 education staffing) and Focused Behavioral (behavioral-health & healthcare staffing).
For schools, we place substitute and certified teachers, special education staff, paraprofessionals, and related-services professionals. For care organizations, we place RBTs and ABA therapists, BCBAs, direct support professionals, nurses, and residential and group-home staff.
What sets us apart is one client per region — a dedicated, exclusive talent pipeline we never share with a competing school or organization. Founded by Robert Flom, a former K-12 teacher, the firm was built by an educator, not recruiters who fell into the space. Automated credentialing cuts time-to-hire in half, and a temp-to-perm model at no cost lets you evaluate a professional before committing.
