Please describe your company and your position.

I am the CEO of Berk International, LLC a manufacturer of disposable wiping cloths for all industries.

For what purpose did your company hire The Flynn Company?

I have worked with the Flynn company for many years on a multitude of projects including building acquisitions, sales and leasing.

What were your goals for this engagement?

My goal was to find a forward thinking company that could negotiate all aspects of real Estate transactions always looking out for my best interests.

How did you select The Flynn Company?

After many years of using other real estate firms, I came across the Flynn company and found them to be much more aggressive and motivated then all of the other companies I had previously worked with.

Describe the engagement in detail.

The Flynn Company was instrumental in the purchase process of two of my properties. They also oversaw the leasing of space in both of those properties and were able to get the space leased where others had failed. Lastly they brought a buyer to the table for one of my properties who ultimately purchased the building. They are timely, organized and honest.

What percentage did The Flynn Company take in commission?

Unfortunately I keep this information confidential but the Flynn company was very easy to work with through-out the process.

What was the team composition?

My team was Kevin and Mike. A great team!

Kevin and Mike accomplished all that we set out to accomplish!

From start to finish this was a very smooth process. These guys are available at all hours of the day and week. I could not ask for better communication or more straight forward information.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are in the loop of all real estate projects and information in the area, and never missed a beat.
