Since working with FlyDevs on the site restructure and technical improvements, our organic search performance has improved significantly. Our website went from ranking on page five of Google to appearing on page one for key queries. We’ve also seen improved visibility in AI-powered search engines and LLM responses (such as ChatGPT and Perplexity), which increasingly surface AstroPay as a relevant result for fintech and digital wallet searches across LATAM markets. The cleaner URL structure, improved page speed, and better content organization have contributed to these results.

How did FlyDevs perform from a project management standpoint?

FlyDevs has been reliable and organized throughout the project. The team consistently delivers on time and communicates proactively when timelines need to be adjusted. We manage all development tasks through Notion, where we track scope, priorities, and progress, and use Slack for day-to-day communication. The workflow has been smooth and collaborative — FlyDevs picks up briefs quickly and rarely needs follow-up on pending items.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most about FlyDevs is their ability to take design briefs and implement them with very little back-and-forth. The team understands the product well enough to make good technical decisions on their own, like how to handle URL structures, redirects, or performance trade-offs, without needing constant oversight. For a lean team like ours, having a development partner that works autonomously and communicates clearly makes a big difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

FlyDevs’ communication could be slightly more proactive. Occasional status updates or check-ins without having to ask would help keep everyone aligned, especially on longer-running tasks. This hasn’t impacted delivery, but a more structured update cadence would make the collaboration even smoother.

From there, FlyDevs has designed and implemented a product that centralizes all the necessary steps and stakeholders involved, integrating data sources and automating key parts of the workflow to reduce manual intervention and errors. The scope has included product design, backend and frontend development, system integration, QA testing, and deployment.

Key features include a complete back-office platform designed to manage and track the entire vehicle transfer process for both purchases and sales. The system includes robust user and permission management, ensuring that each role within the process has the right level of access and visibility.

FlyDevs is developing a multi-tenant, offline-capable platform with robust permissions. The team is iterating on the patterns delivered by our designer to allow documentation of auditing, assigning of responsibilities to workers, and organizational tracking over time. FlyDevs is also developing a strong reporting module that has the ability to send targeted versions of reports to each employee.

• The database was replicated from airtable and built in about 3 months, giving us stability and improving greatly the performance of the related products. 
• The supplier portal product improved our capacity to handle more sellers, and their user experience. 
• With the Quickbooks integration, we were able to manage all the orders from our top seller, getting a 30% GMV increase.

I am a Software Architect responsible for designing a new cryptocurrency platform, for a company that intends to bring a new, simpler way of acquiring cryptocurrency in different countries.

We hired FlyDevs to develop the web platform that I designed in order to start taking action within our own terms. Main goal was to have this new platform up and running before December, so we could use this last month to test the platform and finish the preparations for launch in 2021.

FlyDevs was selected among 3 companies, and the contact was made through an acquaintance of mine. The deciding factors, above the other 2 companies, were the experience of Francisco developing similar solutions and the respectful way that they handled our rush.

Project steps were pretty simple (each one with its corresponding deliverable and milestone): having the web platform constructed in FlyDevs infrastructure, implementing that platform in our AWS servers and finally applying configurations to be able to operate the platform on a regular basis. Technologies used were ReactJS and NodeJS.

Florencia (PM) was the person in charge of leading the project. People developing the platform were Cristian (front end) and Facundo (back end).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Milestones were achieved prior to our expectations. We were gladly surprised that there were only a few modifications or revisions needed to be done (platform created matched our design).

We had 2 or 3 online meetings every week with the project Manager. The goal of those meetings were to to detecting potencial problems before they appeared. Meeting were held through zoom.

Their flexibility was something great, since we had some doubts about what the platform should look like o how it should behave in certain cases.

I can't think of any specifics for them to improve, since they were really prepared for what we needed to do.

We hired FlyDevs because of their experience and solidity in their developments. They offered us a solution and customized development of a bot that could support and fulfill our expectations.

They showed us some examples of automated bots developed with the tools that Facebook provides. They offered us an action plan using AGILE methodologies, in which, in 4 sprints we would have our bot ready to test. For its development, they used the SDK provided by Facebook, Node.js, and Javascript.

After our test round and the alpha version provided in time, our bot started working and giving good results in the store.

The management of the project was always clear and transparent. Communications were always maintained in the slack channels and for each work ticket generated there was communication in the tool we used to manage the sprints.

We work together in a startup with some funds I got from my business. I heard about Flydevs from other colleges who were clients in the past. In my case, I just wanted a website for multiple users and companies who were looking to get partnership on RH. The website looks awesome and we're working on a new build.

Flydevs paid a lot of attention to the project, working as part of our business and trying to find the best options to develop the startup and using the most recent technologies and cloud services. We past some audits with success and we found a partnership valuable for the future.

We create milestones/sprints and JIRA tickets to make this working in agile methodology. They created designs and UX flows with Invision. They used JIRA as Management Tool. They used ReactJS and NodeJS as main technologies. We create a new plan between 8 weeks to make the progress valuable for customers and investors.

I work with Francisco, Florencia, Tomas, Nahuel and Matias. Francisco and Florencia handled communications, relationships, feedback and some Demo's. Tomas, Nahuel and Matias were the developers who built the monster :)

We just shared the website with a lot of customers and investors recieving great feedback about the user experience. About delivery times, we achieved all the dates and schedule was aimed

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think they were looking to create a good experience on the client side. I felt that sometimes I was taking their time but they always get back to help me. We thought that the pricing was high but we saw its worth from the team's exerted effort and output.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that in this case, we have a great experience but some clients could be waiting for a support guy if there is no much knowledge about the technical stuff. On my side, All the team took the time to explain me all the aspects I should learn to get the thinks working.
