We needed a design partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fluidesigns helps us with the UI/UX design part of our projects; we’ve done seven projects together. Whenever a client comes in with logo and branding guidelines, their team delivers the UI/UX designs accordingly.

We work with five people from Fluidesigns full-time.

How did you come to work with Fluidesigns?

We chose them because they were a team that could tackle our first challenge in a quick manner.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our clients have provided us with good feedback on the timeliness of Fluidesigns’ deliveries, as well as on their ability to meet their requirements.

How did Fluidesigns perform from a project management standpoint?

Fluidesigns always delivers on time. We use Jira and Excel Sheets to manage projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fluidesigns has a great, flexible, and dedicated team with a wide range of skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Before starting any project, make sure that your scope is clear.

I’m a consultant at Machau Bamboo Products. We're a B2B bamboo products manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fluidesigns?

We needed someone to help with our website's UI/UX design to increase our customer base.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After hearing our requirements, Fluidesigns came back with a detailed questionnaire about the deliverables we were expecting. They presented a pretty unique framework for the questions, which was good; it helped us think in-depth about what kind of UI/UX we wanted. We were then presented with a few options in terms of different branding and designs.

Fluidesigns' team has also helped us out with the content for the website. They've also helped connect me with a photographer and videographer to get photos and videos of our factory.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the founder of Fluidesign and the photographer and videographer he arranged for us. I don’t speak to the rest of their team.

How did you come to work with Fluidesigns?

Some of my friends recommended them to us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our superiors were impressed with their designs — liking the branding, colors, design elements, and the flow of the website. Everything was modern and fresh-looking, which is the first time that's been true for us, as we're a traditional business. Many of our competitors don't have a website like this. 

How did Fluidesigns perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was good, as they stuck to the schedule and budget. We communicated via Zoom and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their entire office was very organized in its approach and structure.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m happy with everything.

Be clear about what you want. Fluidesign can give you a lot of options.

How did you select Fluidesigns?

we screened multiple agencies on the basis of their pitch deck and work experience and thorough interview process.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Fluid design team was very professional , they started the project with pre-study of our business and held research and had listened to our needs and delivered up to the bar.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The deliverables were remarkable and better than our expectations . we saw a tremendous shift in the usability of our product from our users

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a team lead and had daily standup arranged with our team , They made sure we were updated continuously to avoid any delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their support was tremendous. Also it will be wrong if i dont mention the quality of design not just beautiful but functional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are doing great.
