There's even word for word replays of the conversations that took place with the Ai Sales rep overnight that my team and I read through each morning to catch up on what's been going on overnigth and over the weekends. I think the different options for Flora's voice and tone are great, but I would like to see some more variations. Some customers find it obvious that it's an Ai but that can also be a good thing, it shows we are advanced and as long as their questions get answered 24/7 everyone seems happy with it. FlowSystem Ai said they are constantly coming out with new updates so I really look forward to all that's to come! FlowSystem even connects Flora to a workflow so that it integrates with our CRM. It has saved us so much money in manual labor costs.
