We are a manufacturing company in the metal industry. We commissioned FlowBity for a series of automation and integration projects: automatic enrichment and cleanup of contractor and product data from public registries, automated B2B online stores, a product search by tax ID across online listings, and a migration of our entire ERP between two platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

FlowBity automated the manual work and connected the systems. They enriched and cleaned tens of thousands of contractor and product records automatically from public registries, built automated B2B online stores (a new shop in minutes), and a tool that searches products and companies across online listings by tax ID, which replaced manual digging. For the migration they built a pipeline with validation and resume-on-error, fixed the Polish-character encoding across all records and mapped the VAT registries, and loaded directly into the database, so an import that took hours dropped to minutes, with automatic sync several times a day.

Manual data work dropped sharply and the systems stay in sync. The biggest change is time: operations that used to block us for half a day now run in the background. The migration has been in production since April 2026 and we use the tools every day.

We worked directly with FlowBity's founder, so technical decisions were made right away by someone genuinely experienced, without handing us off to junior people. Scope and price were known upfront, we got regular progress demos, and after go-live we received full documentation and ownership of the code. The whole time we felt we were working with a company that really knew what we were doing.

The whole time we felt we were working with a company that really knows what it is doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FlowBity could have done differently?

FlowBity sticks firmly to the agreed scope and fixed price, so extra ideas that came up along the way we deliberately moved to separate stages instead of bolting them onto the running project. It is healthy discipline and it kept the budget from slipping, though we would have gladly done some of those things right away. Other than that, I have no complaints.
