Our Story
FlowBack AI was founded on a simple observation: most businesses had already bought AI tools, but very few were getting real value from them. Founder Carter Simmons came from sales operations and product. Before starting the firm, he had built and shipped two AI products end to end: an AI CRM for home-service contractors and an AI recruiting platform for staffing agencies. He saw that the gap was never the technology. It was that nobody was accountable for making AI work inside a real business.
