The agency conducted a comprehensive UX audit of www.thyssenkrupp-materials.pl. The findings were presented in the form of a report and heat map analysis. The audit included about 60 items and presented a description of the problem and its solution, the impact on UX and the difficulty of implementation.

Through the audit, we identified elements on the site that are worth changing. We are in the process of implementing the changes, and only after they are implemented will we be able to determine the outcome of these actions.
