What I find most impressive about Floowi is how friendly, approachable, and easy to work with their team is — yet they’re also highly structured and efficient in their process. They move fast without ever compromising quality, and communication always feels clear and human.

At the very beginning, a few parts of the pricing structure were a bit unclear, but once we brought it up, the Floowi team addressed it quickly and transparently. We tasked Floowi with finding three resources:

• Two paid media specialists to support our Google Ads, LSA, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads channels. These individuals needed to independently manage and optimize accounts with minimal oversight — analyzing performance, providing strategic recommendations, speaking directly with clients, and executing optimizations.
• One dual-focused marketer (50% SEO / 50% email) responsible for leading both disciplines end-to-end. This role required ownership of the full SEO process — technical, on-site, and off-site — as well as the complete email workflow, including copywriting, creative, and setup. They would also be expected to develop and present strategy for each area to clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new resources allowed us to do the following:

• Be more efficient with our staffing costs, allowing us to fund additional resources we needed (savings of ~$50k per year)
• Take over work from leadership, allowing them to focus more on big picture and strategic initiatives.

Floowi was very responsive, typically getting back to us within a day. We regularly received progress updates on the employee search and quickly let us know about any delays or issues.

Floowi was asked to find a full-time email coordinator for our business in a short amount of time (less than 1 month).  We gave Floowi a detailed job description and they found us several exceptional candidates.  We hired one of these candidates as a contingent worker in December 2023, that person is still working with us today (10/2025).   We hired Floowi again to find us a front-end developer in 2025.  We followed the same easy process with Floowi and they provided us with several exceptional candidates again.  What I really liked about the process is that I could schedule the interviews myself, I didn't need to send multiple emails.  We hired the front-end developer via Floowi and that person is still working with us today.

The biggest goal was finding exceptional talent within our budget.  Floowi has provided exceptional talent time and again, within our required budget.
