I'm a Network Engineer to a Inventive Information Technology Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fliar Business Intelligence Pvt Ltd, and what were your goals?

We wanted to have one business management software suitable for all kind of business. Also we want it to be capable for commanding and controlling the employees of the any organisation which was a tough task but fliar business scale up expert explained in simple methods to achieve these goals by enable the power of some technologies.

How did you select Fliar Business Intelligence Pvt Ltd and what were the deciding factors?

These guidance and deep understanding of modern technology as well as their portfolio that they had worked national level of companies caused us to show our trust over them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

This company provided us the demonstration of SaaS application framework that could easily work as API with various kind of client side scripts with aim to build it high portable and cross platform with least maintenance and cost. Secondly, they provided us the model of client applications that will be using API to use cloud based hosted functions and data.

They used Python, Node. Js, Express, React & React Native technology.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was one host manager who use to understand us, provide guidance and suggestions for us as well as use to command their developers. There were around 14-15 developers had been working on our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The had build web application, hybrid mobile app, windows app and mac-OS app and these are works synchronously with each other - these all thing works beyond our imagination. During the project the team acted very professionally and promptly communicated with us. Their service is impressive and worth to recommend others.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They have their own Project Management System over which we used to communication, live chat and video calling. We were provided login details through which we could live track our project work progress. We used to notify through SMS and emails automatically by their Project Management System.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed with their guidance and suggestions, also the way they used to understand our imagination and helped us shaping that out. I would like to thank Harshit KZ, CEO, for his deep understanding of Technology and expanding our Imagination to develop a real market needed product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wanted to have some more meetings with CEO, Harshit, but I could gained his time. The team did not helped me to fix appointment with him after half completion of the project.
