Fleming Engineering, Inc. (FEI), with headquarters located in Greensboro, N C, provides land surveying, site development engineering, and site construction consulting services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky.  Since 1992, FEI has been providing services to  clients in both the public and private sectors, including government municipalities, commercial entities, and educational institutions. FEI has an extremely well qualified staff with significant experience providing planning and project feasibility, infrastructure design, permitting and regulatory approval, land surveying, unmanned aerial systems, hydrographic surveys, and construction services . FEI currently has branch offices located in Arden, NC and Rock Hill, SC to better serve our clients' needs.
