Our company worked with Flamingo - An integrated Digital Marketing & Communication Agency on Baby Fresh porridge, Chi Pheo - adult fresh porridge, and Ready Eat projects. For these projects, our company will hire Flamingo Corp to plan digital marketing to promote campaigns on social media platforms. All processes from planning, campaign goals, and content creation, ... will be done by Flamingo.

After Flamingo completed the campaigns that we requested, as a Content Creator, the content that Flamingo made was very well-organized, invested, and dedicated to it. In the working process, although there are some difficulties, from managers to employees, everyone has a professional attitude to handle the situation. With the goals our company claims with Flamingo reaching 98%, a number we are extremely pleased to work with. I think we continue to cooperate in the future.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Before deciding to cooperate with a company, we will have to have a list of partners who can cooperate on the project we will carry out. We need to consider many different factors to make our decision to choose Flamingo over others. First, we look at projects that Flamingo collaborates with other companies. Second, the budget that our company can hire. Those are the two reasons why our company chooses Flamingo to cooperate with these projects.

We'll first give them the information, as well as some of the previous campaigns we're run, so they can better understand what we want. Then, they will make a digital marketing plan with detailed campaigns and goals to achieve, when we agree together they will carry out the project. In each small campaign for this project, Flamingo will to be implemented so that when we bid, we will optimize the profit that will be achieved.

There are a total of 5 members working with us. In, 2 members are from the content team, 2 of them are from the video editing team and 1 is from the team running ads for the campaign. These 5 members will work together for the first stage of planning.

It is possible that although quite a few employees were involved in the project, everyone completed it in a very complete way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have 4 meetings for the whole process of working together. The first meeting will develop the plan and what we want the team to do. In the second session, we conducted a presentation to review the plan made by Flamingo. The remaining two meetings were mainly about editing and perfecting the plan due to some problems

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me was the energy of the members involved in this project. They had a high sense of responsibility, and everyone was very happy to complete the work despite some difficulties that occurred during the implementation of this project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably a small company, so the human resources for the project are quite difficult. Everyone joins hands to do everything even though they have their own job position.

During that campaign, they are responsible for booking the right KOLs to produce TVC for the company. The cooperation of Doppelherz and Flamingo has been very successful. Because after the strategy ended, our company received 5M Impressions, 3M reach and 1.6M video views
