Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Flitemode activewear had evolved rapidly post-launch and it was felt that our brand had become a little generic. Without a radical reinvention, we wanted to move to a position which better reflected our dynamic, fashion-forward stance.
Fizzbuzz were brought on board to advise on our brand direction and positioning as well as to update thecompany's logo and other brand assets.
Fizzbuzz also evaluated the website and implemented changes to better reflect the new brand positioning, as well as introducing some technical efficiencies regarding the site's SEO and appearance to international audiences.
Finally, when the main changes were complete, Fizzbuzz created a relaunch advertising campaign for us which ran across the Meta platform.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We immediately saw much more pick-up through our social media channels following the relaunch. Not long after, we saw the website traffic increasing and sales following suit.
One important thing is that with Fizzbuzz's new brand guide and templates, everything we produce internally in now a) easier to create and b) fully brand aligned.

Fizzbuzz is the most responsive, pro-active creative agency we've ever worked with. Things were done without delay, every single time. Even when we were sometimes in a bit of a fog with our internal decision-making, Fizzbuzz were able to provide us with clarity and context to move our decision making forwards.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company is genuinely creative! Some of their solutions were amazing! One of the key advantages we found was that because they have a genuinely multi-disciplinary team, everything they produced just fit together and worked like clockwork. Before, we had used multiple 'specialists' to do different tasks, but it was always a struggle to manage deadlines and getting the brand fully aligned. Using Fizzbuzz cured all of that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fizzbuzz Creative Agency could have done differently?

Not really. They surpassed our expectations and outperformed our previous arrangements by a mile, so it's difficult to find any negatives.
