Fixcom Oy

Fixcom Oy is a Finnish ICT services company founded in 2005 and based in Helsinki. We look after the whole IT environment of small and medium-sized businesses, associations and foundations: user support, Microsoft 365, information security, networks, devices and servers. Our clients are mainly companies of 5 to 100 people that have no IT department of their own.

When you need help, you call an expert who knows your environment. There are no ticket queues or service desks where your case moves from one person to the next. We handle around 1,000 support requests a year, and most are solved by phone or remote connection. When a visit is needed, we come to your office in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa or elsewhere in the capital region. Urgent issues are handled the same working day and others by the next working day. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.

Every partnership starts with an assessment of your current IT environment, which we document. You then get a free, itemised quote, so you can leave parts out and handle them yourself. When a server is needed, we run it as a virtual machine in our own data centre or in Azure. Firewalls are mainly Netgate pfSense, endpoint protection is ESET or F-Secure, and backups run on Nexetic. If you ever change provider, you keep the documentation and credentials
