What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I would caution anyone considering this firm to stay away. Although they initially delivered good work (around 15 years ago), their current quality of work is worse than paying someone on Upwork $50 to do your branding and logo. Ross charged me $14,000 USD and made a lot of promises but his team didn't even get our practice areas right when they presented their work. The product he represented looked like it was from exactly 15 years ago and lacked any exploration or time spent on our brand and identity.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

He also asked me to give him the color palette for our branding which I found incredibly surprising given that branding is all about exploring identity and presenting colors that go with that identity by the branding agency not the client.

When I told him the work presented resembled having the project outsourced to someone from Upwork or similar site, he simply said we could terminate the relationship and 'no hard feelings' after taking $14,000 from us and delivering a grossly subpar product. We asked for a refund but he refused. We're exploring legal options against this firm.
