Peter contacted me through an online property management listing I was considering. He seemed very eager to help us out in trying to cut the amount of time we had to spend negotiating with properties etc. He assured me that he would have several properties for us to choose from, and he would take the lead with negotiations.

He actually called and left a few messages saying he would come to our office on 3/ 24/2023 at 10 am to discuss our needs.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Although Peter Fischback appeared knowledgeable and professional over the phone, my experience was quite the opposite. We had a scheduled appointment at 10:00 am. Peter never waited to have the meeting. I was told by reception that he came in 15 mins early, at approximately 9:45, and left at 10:05 before I could receive him.

Reception told me he was unhappy that he waited the 5 mins. I called him immediately at 10:06, and he told me he didn't have time to be stood up. I found the whole discussion with Peter to be unprofessional. When I explained to him that I was on the phone with a client, he laughed and told me to "go on with my life" I hope that his unprofessional behavior was a fluke and not a reflection of how he handles his day-to-day business

Never got to see him work

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fischbach Commercial could have done differently?

I think they would benefit from being more patient in a professional setting. He lacks the verbal skills to negotiate a professional situation that may not be going his way. I understand and respect that "time is money" in his industry. However, showing up 15 mins early and assessing that time as being stood up professionally does not make sense
