FirstCited

FirstCited is an answer-engine visibility agency. We get high-ticket service businesses named when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation.

The work starts with the buyer's actual question, run in the engines your buyers use. We log who gets named, which sources the answer was assembled from, and exactly where you're absent. Then we fix it at the source: pages that answer the question directly, the entity signals that tell an engine what you are and where you operate, schema, and the third-party listings those answers are actually built from.

Every engine assembles answers differently, and that matters more than most SEO work admits. ChatGPT's local recommendations run on licensed Yelp data. Gemini leans on your own site. Category answers get built from third-party roundups nobody at your company has ever read. Fixing the website alone doesn't move all three.

We report in consults booked, not impressions. That's deliberate. 68.01% of US Google searches ended without a click between January and April 2026 (SparkToro with Datos), up more than 7 points from 2024, and where AI Overviews appear click-through drops by nearly 60%. Traffic is a worse proxy for revenue every quarter, so the number we report is what came through the door.

Who we work with: owner-operators with one decision-maker and a high average contract value. Med spas and surgical practices, cosmetic dentists, law firms, design-build contractors, real estate teams.

Who we turn down: businesses the answer engines already name first. If Gemini leads with you, there's no gap worth selling you.
