Finego Steel Celebrates Double Ninth Festival with Heartfelt Care for Elders
As the autumn leaves turn golden and the Double Ninth Festival approaches, Finego Steel takes a moment to honor and celebrate the wisdom and contributions of the elderly. This traditional Chinese festival, also known as the Chongyang Festival, is a time to show respect for the aging population and to express gratitude for their life experiences and guidance.
At Finego Steel, we recognize that our employees are not just professionals but also family members who cherish their loved ones. This is why we have organized a special event to celebrate the Double Ninth Festival, focusing on the elderly family members of our staff. We believe that by caring for the elders in our employees' lives, we are extending our commitment to our workforce's well-being and fostering a culture of respect and appreciation.
Finego Steel has prepared a gift for each employee’s parents in advance, so that everyone could bring the gift home to their parents. Each employee filmed a short video during their vacation home, expressing their unspoken love to their family members. On the day of the Double Ninth Festival, all the employees gathered in the conference room and watch the video collection in the way of a tea party, encouraging everyone to share their stories or experiences. Some of the employees shared their own stories with the elders, and the moving scenes of the moment surfaced in front of everyone. “Filial piety first", respect for the old is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. Thanking the elders for their long-term pay is to remind ourselves to cherish the deep feelings in life valuable.
