The scope of work involved helping us identify and recruit Java developers for one of our clients in California. FindJobLatam was responsible for understanding the client’s requirements, sourcing talent across LATAM and conducting initial screenings. They provided us with a list of pre-vetted candidates who met both the technical and cultural requirements. The key deliverables included detailed candidate profiles, interview coordination, and continuous feedback throughout the hiring process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the engagement, we were able to present several qualified Java developers who matched the client’s requirements. Multiple candidates were successfully hired, which not only met the client’s staffing needs but also validated the efficiency and quality of the process. The successful placements represented a win–win outcome for both our client and our partnership with FindJobLatam.

Initially they found a lot of candidates and lately we have seen a decrease - this is not necessarily under their control, as candidates with this specific profile are hard to find in Costa Rica

the FJL team adjusted super quickly to what this particular role needed, they have a high technical knowledge and easily understood and submitted candidates that were not just a technical fit to our project but a cultural fit to our organization
