The biggest win was the immediate impact on our homepage conversion rate. After we embedded the explainer video, we saw a 15% increase in demo sign-ups within the first month. However, they always stayed on top of the actual project milestones, so it never impacted our launch date. Maybe just a slightly more automated way to track minor revision notes would be a nice touch for the future.
