Fides was created to create an answer to certain needs and to seize certain opportunities, it places the person at the center of his activities, with the task of guiding and coordinating the company's progress, making the sense of responsibility of the resources high. "Human resources" are not managed but we try to manage "Human resources"; we do not want good executors but responsible collaborators, trying to ennoble the relationship between company and collaborator, and to enhance their personal abilities.
