Fidelitas was onboarded to build brand, product, and category awareness for our company. We engaged them as a full service agency to provide Paid Media, Email, SEO, and PR services, along with graphic design and video content creation. The goal was initially to build awareness, then leadgen, which resulted in 10x leads in under a year.

Fidelitas was incredibly easy to work with. They were enthusiastic, mindful, quick to learn our unusual product and industry, and fully dedicated to our cause. We didn't consider them a partner; we considered them part of our team. Professional, dedicated, and always ready to jump in.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fidelitas provided us with full Marketing Services support, which allowed us to keep our inhouse team small and nimble. What we appreciated the most is how available the Fidelitas team was at all times to the many big and small requests we had as we were coming out of the gates 'hot' with our launch and lift-off initiatives. There is very little delineating between our in-house and Fidelitas team, and working together is seamless. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fidelitas could have done differently?

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Poor - had only 2 weeks out of the 16 in total that hit our benchmarks. Then when they tried to scale (even a little) the ad spend got out of control and the campaigns tanked.

They were a little slow with creatives, but they were responsive and flexible when it came to meetings.

They were responsive. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fidelitas could have done differently?

Deliver on what they promised. They failed to provide any real insight, everything they tried failed. The CEO Tyler hel no accountabliltiy and inspite of losing money week over week, demaned we pay him for the month of March (they were fired on March 22) and be paid for April. Even though Tyler will promise you they are "month to month". 
f lighting money on fire while watching your business stall sounds fun, Fidelitas Marketing might be your dream agency. Led by CEO Tyler —whose confidence far outweighs his results—we expected expertise and innovation. Instead, we got recycled campaigns, panic, and zero ROI.

Full service marketing, started with packaging design and slowly added on social media management, complete D2C marketing strategy including advertising, PPC, SEO management, email marketing, SMS marketing and demand gen for our website. After a few months we added Amazon management (full service) to the retainer; increased the need for content, digital asset management, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to grow our email subscription list, increase our new unique customers, increase AOV, CTR and conversions. Packaging has improved and Amazon content has improved. We are now seeing positive growth on instacart which is translating to increase in store movement.

The team is 1000% on board, all of the time. Delivery of project assets, completed projects, etc are always communicated well and completed by the deadline. Everyone on the team has a "yes we can do that" attitude!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Transparency. If a request is far fetched, the team has no problem letting us know how to make it work under a more realistic scope. They are 100% transparent about costs and timelines and how scrappy they can get with making sure we stay on budget. There are no "gotchas" - love that.

I'm the COO of Hot Juice Studios, a creator co-creation and culture house designed to power the future of live selling, experiences, and storytelling.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fidelitas?

We needed help running the first of many events we hope to host at our studio in Hollywood.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fidelitas helped us with ideation, vendor sourcing, on-site demands, and feedback. The team handled event planning documents, vendor contracts, and managed logistics on the event day.

What is the team composition?

We worked with five teammates from Fidelitas.

How did you come to work with Fidelitas?

We found Fidelitas through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their track record. We felt they understood our business, had aligned values, and had good communication.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–February 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The event was a success. We had 150+ people in attendance that all spoke extremely highly of each aspect of our event. We didn't track any specific metrics, but we heard incredible feedback. People thought the setup, ambiance, food, and schedule were all well-organized, fun, and well worth their time.

How did Fidelitas perform from a project management standpoint?

Fidelitas' project management was good. We probably should've leveraged them more, but they delivered everything we asked of them on time and with joy. We communicated via text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fidelitas' ease of communication and willingness to pivot to the needs of the evening were impressive.
