I am the director and lead choreographer at Nu Paradigm Entertainment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fesiuk Films?

We hired Fesuik Films to create a promotional video for our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've created a show that blends the feelings of the 1940s with modern dance routines. They helped us recreate the 1940s through vehicles and outfits of the era, along with the proper musicians and dancers. They took the essence of the decade and manifested it in video format. David and Sarah (Founders, Fesiuk Films) are talented videographers, but they were extremely helpful in post-production by giving the video the look we wanted.

What is the team composition?

We only worked with David and Sarah.

How did you come to work with Fesiuk Films?

I previously worked with them while filming a commercial for a church. They were fun to work with on set, and I thought they would be a good fit for this promotional video.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent close to $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project spanned September 2016–March 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had about 10,000 views in the first week after posting to Facebook. Unfortunately, we chose a song that was a remake of a popular song—something that we didn’t think there was rights to. Facebook pulled the video without much warning several months later, but not before it received a ton of views and got us a lot of attention. Fesiuk Films delivered an incredible video, and the music rights issue was not their fault.

How did Fesiuk Films perform from a project management standpoint?

David and Sarah communicated well and were very direct. They were straightforward but also professional. Their project management was top-notch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Some companies try too hard to make their clients happy by moving forward with unrealistic video or budget expectations. David and Sarah are more upfront and will make more reasonable recommendations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They know their craft pretty well.

Communicate your desires for the project as clearly as you can.
