At the core of our offering is the ARCHIMEDES stack: a production-grade infrastructure suite for organisations that require deterministic, auditable, and sovereign AI. ARCHIMEDES comprises ARC, a fully self-service configurable AI router that is truly model-agnostic, routing across any model from any endpoint, including traditional ML pipelines, algorithms, and models, behind a single unified interface; HIM, the Hybrid Infrastructure Mesh; and EDES, the Ephemeral Distributed Execution System.

Custom ARCHIMEDES Deployments

We configure and deploy a licensed build of ARCHIMEDES in your environment, cloud, on-premise, or hybrid, scoped to your compliance requirements, model mix, and existing architecture. Full engineering knowledge transfer included. No ongoing dependency on us to run it.

Custom Model Training

We design, train, and deliver purpose-built models on your proprietary data. From classifiers and forecasting systems to fine-tuned language models, we manage the full pipeline: data preparation, training, evaluation, and inference optimisation. Delivery, compute, and data governance are structured around your requirements. The finished model is yours outright.

We work with a deliberate number of clients at a time. Technically rigorous, commercially direct, and built around long-term ownership rather than dependency.
