FencrGatr is a Perth based fencing contractor delivering supply and installation of fencing, gates and retaining structures throughout the Western Australian metropolitan area.

Client base and project types

The company services four main client groups. Residential builders engage FencrGatr for fencing packages on new home stock, typically coordinated to practical completion timelines. Property developers use the business across subdivisions and staged releases where consistency of finish across lots matters. 

Strata and facilities managers engage the company for replacement and remediation of ageing common property fencing, including pool barrier upgrades brought up to current compliance. The fourth group is direct residential, covering boundary replacement, pool fencing, gates and privacy screening for homeowners.

Project values range from single boundary runs through to multi lot fencing packages, and the company takes on remediation work that requires retaining, excavation in limestone, or licensed asbestos removal prior to installation.

Glass and steel pool barriers designed and constructed to Australian Standard AS1926.1, taken through local authority inspection to certification. 

Privacy and architectural screening. Pedestrian, swing and sliding gates with automation and access control. Retaining walls delivered in house where levels require correction before fencing can proceed.
