Temporary staffing places a professional with a client on a flexible, project-based basis, ideal for scaling a team up or down as needs change. Contract-to-hire starts the same way but gives the client the option to convert that professional to a permanent, direct hire after working together, reducing the risk of a mismatched full-time hire.

Fast Dolphin scopes rates during a discovery call based on the role's requirements, location, and seniority level, then applies one of three pricing structures depending on the service. Temporary staffing and contract-to-hire are billed at an hourly fee on a recurring basis. Direct hire staffing is billed as a one-time fee, a percentage of the placed professional's annual compensation. Payrolling and billing services are billed on a recurring basis as a percentage of the professional's monthly compensation, covering tax compliance, insurance, and labor law adherence in the relevant country. Fast Dolphin only charges once a position has been successfully filled: there are no retainers, no upfront search fees, and no charges for roles that go unfilled.
