I had Donna redo my website, which I told her she could just copy it and fix grammar and  optimize the Search Engine Results, At First she was very nice, told me how much she was going to do and how great it would be, months went by and she still hadn't reached out to me, when I did she complained about how long it had been, When she said she was finished I went throught the page and had a few friends look to see if they saw any problems.
When I asked her to fix them she said NO, I'm not doing that and said I was nitpicking. She became very difficult to work with. I could tell she was stressed, I tried to help her by saying, I know you have other clients and you are stressed, deal with them and get back to me. She never called, when I reached out she ignored me and hung up. 
All I wanted was for her to remove links that DO NOT WORK, They actually LINK TO THE SAME PAGE. Or open a new window which I don't want, I asked to just simply remove them . But Nope, It was very Jekyl / Hyde experience, Very unprofessional. look at the Blue Tube Links for yourselves, this is not a very good image for my business or hers. 
Even her own website when viewed on a pc has something covering the last words of her sales pitch. "Let me help you stand- The Word out is covered up. Seriously, not a good look! 1.23.25 it was like this.
Check my website the "get a free quote" blue link on the about us page, links right back to itself, thats pointless, but she won't fix it, I was polite to her and she was so rude. Everytime I wanted something fixed, No I'm not doing that. Alll the links that are in blue tube image either link to the same page, or open a new window. All I wanted was that fixed and she wouldn't do it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

NO Success, Failure. Bad Communication. NIce at first, took forever, I paid half in advance with the agreement that the rest would be paid upon approved inspection of the work, yet she demanded the remaining payment to finish the job, then when I found errors she said NO, I don't do that.

The Website remains with links that don't work, VERY Unproffesional

Communicate, Manners, She claimed I was swearing at her which is not true. Months later she was in melt down mode, she put her husband on the phone, with whom I had a very civil conversation and told him, this is exactly how I have spoken with your wife , just involving him was very unproffessional. I have been in business 25+ years , tons of rave reviews becuase I know how to treat people and I would never treat anyone the way she did to me. The Page is still unfinished, broken links, but she refuses to fix them
