Established in 1985 amid the rolling hills of England’s Yorkshire Dales and very near to the Lake District, Farfield Clothing Limited started manufacturing in a redundant weaving mill (Farfield Mill) near the market town of Sedbergh.
In 1999 after a charitable trust bought Farfield Mill, we sympathetically converted and moved into what was the old British School building (it was actually a primary school until the 1950’s) in the centre of Sedbergh. We now run our design, production, administration, and factory shop from this base.
From this small market town in Sedbergh, we send our manufactured clothing all around the world and if you see someone wearing one of our designed of jackets it can only have come from us.
