Fantestimonial is a Melbourne-based strategic marketing consultancy specialising in trust strategy, testimonial videos, case studies and video marketing.

We work with businesses that already have strong customer relationships and proven results, but struggle to communicate that credibility to new prospects.

Most good businesses are already trusted. Their clients stay, refer them, and speak well of them. The problem is that this trust often lives quietly in conversations, emails, reviews and relationships, where a new prospect cannot see it. Rather than reaching for generic marketing tactics, we develop customised trust strategies that help businesses showcase authentic customer experiences, proven outcomes and credibility across the buyer journey.

Our Six-Step Trust Strategy Framework starts with a structured diagnostic: understanding whether a prospect can quickly grasp what the business does, why existing clients chose it and stay, what is really at stake in the buying decision, and where trust is currently visible or hidden across the channels prospects actually use. From there we build a strategic plan for surfacing the right proof, in the right place, in the right order.

We combine strategic consulting with professional content production, creating testimonial videos, case studies, customer stories and other trust-building assets that help prospects move confidently from awareness to purchase.

Founded by Francis Yim, who has spent over 25 years in documentary and marketing video across Singapore and Australia. We work with founder-led businesses across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, with flexible production arrangements including remote recording, after-hours filming and online interview sessions.

Several of the videos we have produced are still in active use by clients seven or more years after production, including work for TaxiBox and TierONE Capital.
