FABRIKA arhitekti doo is an architectural studio specializing in work on cultural and natural monuments and sustainable construction, founded in 2009 in Zagreb.

We recognized the cultural and natural heritage as one of the key factors of sustainable development, and we focused on their preservation and promotion:

– we create projects for the rehabilitation, renovation and reconstruction of immovable cultural assets,
– we design and create projects for their conversion and revitalization,
– we create projects for upgrades and interpolations in the protection zone,
– we create projects for interior decoration and adaptation,
– we create projects for energy renovation of buildings under protection,
– independently and in collaboration with renowned artists, we create projects for the decoration of public areas and the installation of monuments and memorials,
– we provide services for the preparation of project documentation for applying to public sources of financing:
EU funds, monument annuity funds, FZEEU, funds from the Ministry of Culture, Public Call of the City of Zagreb, etc.

We have had permission to work on immovable cultural property since 2012.

We are equipped to produce architectural photographs of complex buildings.

We can offer project development in BIM technology.

We are authorized consultants, auditors and lecturers for the international sustainable building certification system - the DGNB system, and we actively participate in the education and promotion of sustainable building through lectures, forums and activities of the Croatian Green Building Council, of which we have been a member since 2011.
