A jewelry online store hired eZdia Inc to develop an e-commerce website. The team has enhanced and optimized the client's product listing on Amazon and Walmart.

After four months of collaboration, the client has not gained any positive impact from eZdia Inc's services. The team has communicated well through the phone, but their backend team lacks sense about key factors to help the client succeed. They've wasted the money and provided negative results.

We saw the listing in IT show.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We hired this company to enhance our amazon and Walmart listings. After 4 months, our listings have not gained any momentum nor have we benefited from this service at all. We wasted six thousand dollars for their fee in addition to ad spend on amazon with negative results. They do sound good on the phone but their backend team has no common sense about listing products nor do they research competitors or know much about optimizing the key factors for successful campaigns. Don't fall for the sales team.

they come prepared with and agenda for a zoom meeting but the real work which they got hired for was unprofessional.

We got fooled with the sales calls.
