Expert Logistics provided transportation services to a private individual. They picked up and delivered the client's vehicle from Minnesota to Texas.

Expert Logistics picked up the vehicle on time but failed to deliver it as scheduled. The client couldn't get hold of the contact person via email and phone until the following morning of the expected delivery date. Moreover, the service provider got mad when the client inquired about the delivery.

Vehicle was picked up timely but delivered in untimely manner. The delivery was supposed to be delivered on Friday between 5 and 7:30 pm but failed to arrive on time. Contact person failed to answer the phone or emails regarding the delivery until the day at 9am.

When Gavin was contacted he became angry that is was inquiring about his delivery. This delay in delivery caused great concern about its location and well-being. I would not recommend your company for any type delivery.
